Updates:

- Added death ragdoll for player

- Player now dies when health reaches 0

- Fixed health count GUI element

- Sometimes limbs will clip and cause the ragdoll to spaz out 

- No dropping or jumping animations for velociraptors

- Firing once empty will spam dryfire sound in full auto weapons
