Updates:

- Added a dot help with interactions and help pick up small objects

- Flashlight tweaks

- Added destroyable lights. Toggle with power lever

- Added simple bullet penetration system (WIP)

- Stamina System progress (WIP)

- Added GUI elements for a stamina and underwater breath timer

- Tweaked player water interaction

- Fixed bug where shooting at certain objects would produce a 

  ghost shot due to a null reference exception

- Updated unity version from 2020.3.1f1 to unity 2021.3.25f1 

  for added package support

- Lighting and shadow tweaks (WIP)

Known Issues:

- Sometimes limbs will clip and cause the ragdoll to spaz out 

- No dropping or jumping animations for velociraptors

- Stamina and Blood systems are a WIP

- AI is a work in progress

- AI somewhat easy to evade
